The process was great until l had difficulty in scanning over proof of ID as it wouldn’t go, lost count of amount of times trying to do this. I had trouble trying to contact you regarding this issue and in the meantime l received several text requesting proof. I had to search internet for a email address as the email you messaged me on said it wasn’t safe to reply. Finally after sending email you responding and l sent over proof. And also I finally managed to sent it electronically after a few days of trying. Very frustrating that was.

Could only send 1 out of 2 pages of Capita letter. Also, can't access Horizon/Capita website at moment to give pansion ref no.

Was worried for photo as did claim on iPad and could not get camera to function, but had tex message come on my phone and that was easy to operate camera, need to explain to people who are not that tec savy that Mobil phones seem to be easier to operate. Otherwise easy to fill in form.

It was Ok. I was relieved to be able to do it but I dislike on line forms. How are you supossed to sign it. No guidance given for that.
