“I only found this out recently. Worked for Tesco for 2 years as a dot com driver and my experience was shocking and I wouldn’t recommend working there to anyone. Poor pay, bad management and poor decision making. Constantly getting last minuite calls for working because people rang in sick and never got a thank you. Long hours into nights and all management went home before you got back to store. Evan on my last day before my notice they begged me to do extra hours on top of my new driving job… I kindly told them where to shove it If I win this claim it will be a delight to me because it will be a thank you for working really hard for them but not from them personally. The money will be going towards my brand new house I just bought and also a garden makeover for me and my wife.”
