“I feel southern water’s attitude to my data breach was, oh well , bit of a nuiscance for you but that’s life. As a result of the attack my data has been sold. My voice has been cloned & someone got through my banks (Halifax) changing my mobile number / home address etc. With the intention of setting up a new bank account with BOS. Switching from my current a/c. The ensuing nightmare took a month to get me back on track . No money was switched . But they got close . First I knew Halifax suspended my a/c. The scammers also have my medical history .”
