“I highly recommend Jones and Co. I keep coming back as I am always made to feel like a valued customer. The staff are friendly helpful and knowledgeable. “I have just received my second pair of gorgeous glasses from Jones & Co and I am thrilled! I have found the Jones & Co experience to be so personal, from my excellent eye test with Pri, to choosing my frames, I felt extremely confident and comfortable throughout, with the highest level of care at every stage, from the loveliest team. I chose my beautiful Ann & Valentin frames from a fabulous selection of incredible eyewear, styled for me by Taylor and Sam. I am delighted with my new frames, and I’ve had many compliments! “Initially I felt slightly intimidated entering the shop as I didn’t find the usual rack upon rack of glasses on display. I started looking at the selection available and then was approached by super friendly Mark who quickly led me to the style I was looking for. The glasses are unique and slightly edgy as well as being very stylish, like no others I had seen. Luckily there was a frame offer and after going away to think about it I decided they were the ones for me. I ordered the glasses over the phone and they arrived quickly. Mark contacted me after they had arrived to follow up on my purchase. I must say I am really pleased with not just the glasses but my whole experience of Jones and Co.”

“Both my husband and myself have been customers for the last 20 yrs, enjoy going to meet up with staff, always so friendly. The glasses are fantastic always seem to find the perfect pair, never had so many compliments and asked where I got them from. I really can’t recommend them enough.”

“We go to Jones And Co.for a chat and a coffee, or an Aperol Spritz, and pick up the most wonderful stylish eye ware whilst there. Deepal manages to offer exactly the right shape and colour to suit the individual. She even managed persuade my sceptical husband that he could look good in a pair of Jones and Co glasses. He’s now a convert and has four pairs! Thankyou Deepal and Gareth , we love dropping in for a chat, and your expertise and professionalism is something your firm should be proud of”

“This is my second purchase from Jones and Co. This time Sam helped me choose the frames and I'm already having compliments about them. Double bonus for me was that I loved my original frames from Jones and Co so also kept those with replacement lenses. Absolutely all of the staff at this establishment are professionals with knowledge about the products but also the time to spend with customers. Special mention this time for Sam and Taylor- I feel great so thank you both for your care and attention.”

“After years of disappointment with other opticians, Jones and Co have been a breath of fresh air. I have a very high prescription, and in the past, my lenses would stick out the sides of my glasses - but not anymore. They managed to sort it perfectly so the lenses fit neatly in the frames, and I couldn't be happier with the result. Sam was absolutely brilliant - he knew straight away what would suit me and got it 100% right. His eye for style and attention to detail made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I finally have glasses that not only work for my vision but look great too. I can't recommend Jones and Co highly enough!”

“From start to finish the experience of getting my vision looked after at Jones & Co is exceptional. I love the fact that there are always new and different frames to choose from, and Jess helped me choose frames which are very different to my usual 'cat -eye' style frame. The eye test was thorough, and I feel like my vision is in safe hands with the team at Jones & Co. The attention to detail at collection of my new glasses, and the reassurance that I can always call back in for any minor adjustments was the icing on the cake. Loved the whole experience.”

“Love my new glasses and the whole process from consultation to eye test and choosing frames was nothing short of superb. Customer service is amazing and staff are very adept in making you feel comfortable from the get go. Won’t be going back to the usual high street opticians. I’m a Jones and Co convert now. “On each occasion I have visited Jones & Co. I felt I received a very personal service. Time spent with me in choosing the glasses and then the attention to detail in making sure they correctly fit your face. Staff clearly enjoy their job and are all part of making the choosing of glasses a very enjoyable experience.”

“I have been a client of Jones and Co for many years. I became a client after having an unsatisfactory experience with a multiple retail provider (no names). So, I have been provided with numerous contact lenses, and pairs of glasses, including prescription sunglasses, over a long time. The thing about Jones and Co. is that, it provides truly exceptional customer care. Its team make time to spend with you, either during eye examinations (which are handled with great empathy and are not at all scary!) or in help with your deciding which frames are recommended, or to tolerate your choice which maybe your advisor has doubts! For example, my current specs are a pair that I went into expecting to have something quite different but the lovely stylist, after about half an hour of trying things on that I had described I wanted, produced something which I remember describing her suggestion as a 'curved ball' - so she must have seen something that suited me that I didn't know. And reader, I bought them!”

“Visited Jones & Co yesterday afternoon to pick up my driving glasses (new lens to take account of the change in my vision). As always, had a warm welcome from Jess and other team members, plus the opportunity to browse the new Anna Valentin frames. Whilst buying wasn't on my agenda yesterday, it's super to be given the opportunity to check out new frames, receive feedback for the best suit and know that Jess will remember my favourites when buying is on the agenda!”
