“My recent experience at Jones And Co. Styling Opticians was so outstanding that I felt I had to share. I had an eye test there recently, and it was genuinely 100% better than anything I’ve ever experienced on the High Street. For once, I didn’t feel like I was just another number on a conveyor belt. Instead, I was treated as a real individual. The optometrist took their time, examined my eyes thoroughly, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. It felt like I was in the hands of a true professional who actually cared about my vision and eye health. The frame selection process was equally impressive. Rather than being rushed or left to fend for myself, the team spent ages going through different options with me. They carefully talked through which styles would best suit my face shape, lifestyle, and personal taste. Their advice was genuinely helpful and made choosing my new glasses not just easy, but actually enjoyable. The entire service was exceptional from start to finish, warm, attentive, expert, and refreshingly personal. If you’re tired of the impersonal High Street experience, do yourself a favour and book with Jones And Co. Styling Opticians. “So pleased I returned to Jones & Co. Very welcoming, professional, friendly service from start to finish. I’m really happy with my new glasses. Love style, fit and lens. Moved away from my usual comfort zone in choosing style, guided by the excellent Deepal and very pleased with the outcome. Replacement lens for my sunglasses excellent too. Thank you!”

“An amazing experience for both myself and my husband who ended up with some 'fabulous' glasses, most of which we would never ever have tried on ourselves! There is no comparison between the high street and Jones And Co. All the team were knowledgeable, professional and very person-centred... We are both thrilled with our experience and our glasses, they are perfect. Many thanks to the whole team, who all played a part in our experience and special thanks to Sam, who introduced me to and encouraged me to be open minded and just try them on!”

“Jones and Co is one of my happy places! Amazing selection of eyewear (used to call them frames until I learned better). The eye testing is thorough and meticulous, with plenty time to discuss concerns. The staff are friendly, helpful and encourage experimenting with different styles and colours. They are experts at finding just the right frame. Who knew I could wear round shaped glasses and not look my grandma? (It was Gareth actually!) Excellent service and a very friendly welcome are a constant at Jones and Co. The only drawback is that I become like a child in a sweet shop when I am there and always want more than I actually need!”

“When my glasses broke and the manufacturer could not help I thought they were ruined. Should not have worries Taylor found a solution. Glasses repaired with a technical “facelift”. My “new” glasses are great but it was the pick up service that added to my great experience. Taylor was a delight. She chatted, we laughed, shared funny stories and even my existing glasses were given an MOT. What an uplifting experience. Very happy customer.”

“As a newbie to Jones & Co, I was really impressed from the outset. My previous eye test didn't feel right so I decided to a second opinion from Jones & Co. What I loved was the thoroughness of the test and the explanation of why I needed a certain type of lens. From a stylist appointment perspective, it was really dynamic and I ended up with a pair of frames that I wouldn't have usually selected but was pleased they were! Completely professional, fun and the whole team knows what they're doing. I can highly recommend and despite my pending move to Newcastle, I will be popping back to Manchester as and when I need to!”

“Not only do they have aside range of interesting and eye-catching frames, they also provide a level of service that is unsurpassed. From the moment you arrive, all the stops are pulled out not only to make you feel special but also to provide excellence in testing and finding that special frame that suits you (while also challenging my natural tendency to be boring). Then there is the remarkable personalised after-care that carries on well after many others would simply wash their hands. I cannot recommend the team at Jones and Co. highly enough.”

“This was my first visit to Jones and co, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Every member of staff was welcoming, attentive and genuinely couldn’t do enough for me, which made me feel instantly comfortable. The eye examination was smooth, relaxed and very reassuring, especially when eye tests can sometimes feel slightly stressful. Their guidance and expertise were fantastic, and they took their time helping me choose new frames, even though I’m extremely picky and hadn’t changed mine in years. With their support, I found the perfect pair that suits me. A brilliant team, highly recommended, and I will definitely be staying with them for the future.”

“As I am a more mature wearer of glasses I didn’t want to choose the expected ordinary frames. I had already had my eye test elsewhere when I discovered Jones and Co. They were happy to acknowledge my new prescription and helped me to narrow down their stock of frames and suggested some colours and styles that they thought would suit me. I am now the proud owner of some modern tortoiseshell spectacles, and I feel very on trend wearing them. The service I received throughly was first class.”

“As always the team at Jones and Co were wonderful, Taylor , Jess and Sam were helpful and patient. The frames are so different and the quality of the lens is fantastic. Special mention to Pri for the best eye test and sorting my prescription and a difficult few months. If you want something different, the best service around and a total experience, this is the place to get your glasses”

“I have been going to Jones @ Co for c.8 years and have just purchased my latest pair of glasses. Once again the whole experience was second to none and the service exemplary. I was "honoured" to have Gareth looking after me and as always he got it just right in his selection of glasses for me, before we landed on the specific pair. As always, I ended up with a pair of glasses that I probably wouldn't have chosen if it was left to me to choose off the rack. It is the personal touch and the experience that is so good. And it's not just who is looking after you, the other members of staff chip in with their thoughts(they all know your name, a nice touch) and it leaves you feeling that you are being treated with real care and as part of their "fanily." Finally I am no longer based in Manchester and live in Edinburgh, but I still go to Jones & Co for my glasses - enough said!”

“My third experience of the team at Jones And Co and they did not disappoint. I recently had an issue with one of my eyes whilst abroad and rang them for advice. They could not have been more helpful and rang back to check everything was sorted and we arranged a check-up for my eye on my return. Their customer service is exemplary, always has been since I first started going about 4 years ago. I first went because I wanted new eye wear that was a bit different, a bit special yet was still me, and I've come away each time entirely happy with the whole process from start to finish and I will be back again. My latest check-up resulted in new varifocal glasses and sunglasses, both of which I'm thrilled with. There's never any pressure to purchase new frames either when you go in for a check up, which is how it should be but with so many beautiful frames to choose from, its hard not to! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone - just a brilliant experience always and the aftercare is second to none.”

“Such an amazing service from start to finish, as always. So I went and ordered prescription sunglasses, never had them before and these are amazing. Plus two pair of beautiful glasses that I’ll need to buy new wardrobe for. Jess was amazing when it came to styling my frames and the choices she put in front of me, plus I copied the ones she was wearing. Collection was a very special not rushed, made sure every pair fitted as they should and I was happy etc. Enjoy visiting Jones & Co Styling team, they are all so knowledgeable from eye test to styling and so much fun. Thank you all team x”
