“Fantastic experience. Everyone is so friendly and attentive. The selection of glasses is amazing and rather than being a chore it was a real pleasure to choose a pair that was right for me. This was my first visit and it won’t be my last! Thank you.”

“This was my first visit to Jones and co, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Every member of staff was welcoming, attentive and genuinely couldn’t do enough for me, which made me feel instantly comfortable. The eye examination was smooth, relaxed and very reassuring, especially when eye tests can sometimes feel slightly stressful. Their guidance and expertise were fantastic, and they took their time helping me choose new frames, even though I’m extremely picky and hadn’t changed mine in years. With their support, I found the perfect pair that suits me. A brilliant team, highly recommended, and I will definitely be staying with them for the future.”

“As I am a more mature wearer of glasses I didn’t want to choose the expected ordinary frames. I had already had my eye test elsewhere when I discovered Jones and Co. They were happy to acknowledge my new prescription and helped me to narrow down their stock of frames and suggested some colours and styles that they thought would suit me. I am now the proud owner of some modern tortoiseshell spectacles, and I feel very on trend wearing them. The service I received throughly was first class.”

“As always the team at Jones and Co were wonderful, Taylor , Jess and Sam were helpful and patient. The frames are so different and the quality of the lens is fantastic. Special mention to Pri for the best eye test and sorting my prescription and a difficult few months. If you want something different, the best service around and a total experience, this is the place to get your glasses”

“I have been going to Jones @ Co for c.8 years and have just purchased my latest pair of glasses. Once again the whole experience was second to none and the service exemplary. I was "honoured" to have Gareth looking after me and as always he got it just right in his selection of glasses for me, before we landed on the specific pair. As always, I ended up with a pair of glasses that I probably wouldn't have chosen if it was left to me to choose off the rack. It is the personal touch and the experience that is so good. And it's not just who is looking after you, the other members of staff chip in with their thoughts(they all know your name, a nice touch) and it leaves you feeling that you are being treated with real care and as part of their "fanily." Finally I am no longer based in Manchester and live in Edinburgh, but I still go to Jones & Co for my glasses - enough said!”

“My third experience of the team at Jones And Co and they did not disappoint. I recently had an issue with one of my eyes whilst abroad and rang them for advice. They could not have been more helpful and rang back to check everything was sorted and we arranged a check-up for my eye on my return. Their customer service is exemplary, always has been since I first started going about 4 years ago. I first went because I wanted new eye wear that was a bit different, a bit special yet was still me, and I've come away each time entirely happy with the whole process from start to finish and I will be back again. My latest check-up resulted in new varifocal glasses and sunglasses, both of which I'm thrilled with. There's never any pressure to purchase new frames either when you go in for a check up, which is how it should be but with so many beautiful frames to choose from, its hard not to! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone - just a brilliant experience always and the aftercare is second to none.”

“Such an amazing service from start to finish, as always. So I went and ordered prescription sunglasses, never had them before and these are amazing. Plus two pair of beautiful glasses that I’ll need to buy new wardrobe for. Jess was amazing when it came to styling my frames and the choices she put in front of me, plus I copied the ones she was wearing. Collection was a very special not rushed, made sure every pair fitted as they should and I was happy etc. Enjoy visiting Jones & Co Styling team, they are all so knowledgeable from eye test to styling and so much fun. Thank you all team x”

“Excellent service from start to finish by friendly people who appear to enjoy what they're doing, too. I'm a fairly shy and somewhat awkward customer, and have previously found trying to buy new glasses a somewhat painful experience (finding it hard to decide what suits me, feeling pressured into buying something, etc.). I felt completely at ease and unhassled throughout the entire process here. Every member of the team I interacted with was lovely and very knowledgeable. The selection of frames they have is also excellent!”

“This year my visit was just for an eye test and to purchase new lenses if necessary. The eye test is so thorough and not at all rushed which is a lovely experience. I did need new lenses which were sorted. Next year the pleasure of selecting with lots of help a new pair of frames.”

“Excellent service and beautiful selection of designer glasses. Highly recommend if you are looking for a statement piece. After years of putting up with mass produced high street glasses, I decided to treat myself to a new pair of designer glasses. I am glad that I found Jones and Co. as the whole experience was perfect. Taylor was very professional and knowledgeable when it comes to the different colour, shape and style of glasses. I did not expect to be so indecisive because all the glasses Taylor has chosen are beautifully different. In the end, I convinced myself to buy two pairs. Very chuffed with the two pairs I bought and it was worth the wait. I can see myself being a loyal customer for years to come.”

“Several years ago I wasn’t happy with the service a lot of opticians were giving. My feeling was that the opticians I was visiting couldn’t satisfactorily answer the questions I was asking about the products they were offering. I found out about Jones and Co. I visited and had the experience I didn’t realise I was looking for. The experience I was looking for but didn’t realise at the time was a personal service, where the frame suggestions and advice were very much aligned to my head and face shape. We’re all different and J&C responded to this. This was over a decade ago, and I have been a very happy customer ever since. I think I’m 5 pairs in now. The after care service is phenomenal. I have broken numerous pairs, and they have always been great in helping me out, often at no cost. Oh, eye test wise they have all the latest kit, and it’s always a pleasure to have the test and engage with the wonderful optometrist. I almost forgot that, but it’s quite important! Yes of course they’ve asked me to write a review, but I wouldn’t do it and take the time if I wasn’t very happy. They’re not cheap, but worth every penny in my opinion (and I’m a Yorkshire man!). Worth the travel from Leeds. You get what you pay for!”

“It’s about the customer service. I have been coming to jones & co for nearly 10 years now it has always been outstanding. I would like to thank you Gareth for being so patience and calm when deciding on glasses and not rushing you into a decision on what your new pair of glasses are going to be . It shows the care and understanding of the customer on there needs and wants I would like to say a massive thank you to Taylor for her amazing customer service Also too and she is an excellent addition to team at jones & co May that continue. Jones & Co keep up that excellent standard of service. I can’t highly recommend you to people who ask me where I get my glasses from.”

“Gosh where do l start, 5 stars isn’t enough, absolutely fantastic.1100 stars. I have been with Jones and Co right at the start, and the service gets. better and better which is the reason l have used them for so many years. The whole team is wonderful, l used to have Kathryn at the beginning , she is now the practice Manager so now l have any of the team style my eye ware. They are like part of my family, so welcoming and always manage to excel themselves by finding fantastic glasses that suit my small face. Before going to Jones and Co l used to be so dissatisfied with other opticians, one of them was the customer service was horrendous. I can truly say no matter which member of the team styles your glasses the customer service is fantastic. That is why l go back year after year. This time l had Deepal style my glasses and she was wonderful finding me a beautiful pair of glasses. All the staff were so welcoming and always very attentive Thank you for making it so easy every time l come back for new glasses.”
