I payed for a mens necklace on 8th Jan 2026 the cost was £8-40p 13 days later I still not received it. How can it take this long. Could please refund my money or deliver my necklace. Thank you, Lawrence Shilcock.

What happens if u receive a package that contains different stuff you order... I'm asking because I order many stuff and I start encounters difficult from the package I received 2days ago..... I was expecting to receive earbuds wireless bluetooth and it was a tracksuit that was in the package although the tracksuit was also my order but I wasn't expecting it before the earpods wireless bluetooth....... My question is...since my order mixed up instead of earpods a tracksuit... and how long will I get my earpods wireless bluetooth..... Please tell me I really need that now
