Please help with my issue

You sent me a pair of boots 2 months ago but after only 3rd time of wearing heal on one came away. You gave me points so I reordered another pair this time in Black as you didn't have my size in red and had to pay £4.05 more.
But when they eventually came they are completely wrong size
8 hole not 14 and are for women i checked order and I had ordered correct ones for me. You say it was an error on sending. I could have points or cash refund So I went for cash refund as I wanted boots for this weekend. I brought a pair from local shoe shop at £112 double what it cost me with you.
But you never gave me a full chash refund just the £4.05 and rest in points.
Well im not going to be buying boots from you as I now have some. And have 2 pairs of boots here that are no good to me at all. I want a full refund ie the £50.70 originally from red boots and want to know how to send the 2 pairs i have back or ill just put in bin.
This is not my fault yet I feel im being pressured to buy from you with no confidence the product will be correct as you have not refunded me my cash via PayPal how I paid originally.
I have a customer right to full cash refund if product is faulty or incorrect item.
Please look at my orders and all the messages. I have spent ages online trying to sort this out.

I was looking to purchase a orgebozo electric knife, the price you quoted is 72 euro. I can purchase the very same knife for 28.99 plus 8.99 postage. This is a crazy price difference
I payed for a mens necklace on 8th Jan 2026 the cost was £8-40p 13 days later I still not received it. How can it take this long. Could please refund my money or deliver my necklace. Thank you, Lawrence Shilcock.

What happens if u receive a package that contains different stuff you order...
I'm asking because I order many stuff and I start encounters difficult from the package I received 2days ago.....
I was expecting to receive earbuds wireless bluetooth and it was a tracksuit that was in the package although the tracksuit was also my order but I wasn't expecting it before the earpods wireless bluetooth.......
My question is...since my order mixed up instead of earpods a tracksuit... and how long will I get my earpods wireless bluetooth.....
Please tell me I really need that now
