“I ordered a nomonation bracelet and charm for my daughter in law for xmas totaly got the wrong size when it arrived not the stores fault at all, i ended up ordering another bracelet charm and the tool to be able to put the charms on, we had a really good laugh over this. She loves all of them she has now nearly got 2 bracelets. They came well packaged with gift boxes and bags for them all to go in they are very pretty. I will be ordering again for more charms for her.”
