Hi this part has been sent airmail to Germany, it was dispatched on the 2.10.17 please check that your local post office is not holding a parcel for you.

“Seller promised to add a european adaptor to plug juicer in France, but didn't, though I had reminded him with an email and he had answered "yes of course". So I had to send him a new mail to complain and ask for a quick delivery of that device, as I can't use the juicer, and since that moment (3 days ago) no more news. Very upset.”

“This mashine producing fruit muss rather than smooth juice. The sieve probably has to big holes.”

Hi, the Matstone is designed to extract juices from hard fruits and vegetables, not soft fleshy fruits, you also have two screens, the juicing screen in the juicer and the seive that fits on the juice collection bowl, this will take out any bits in the juice. You also returned the Matstone and were refunded in full same day. Good luck with your next juicer choice.
