“the site actually worked and I was able to place my order- a bit of a novelty of late. Despatch and delivery was incredibly fast. product price was good, shame about the excessive cost for postage- It was only an envelope, probably only cost 60p first class post!”

“Love my juicer and would recommend it, however the juicing screen has had to be replaced 3 times and although it says parts guaranteed, I have had no response to my calls from juiceproducer, which is disappointing”

“I was surprised to receive black colour brush. It used to be lovely green that matches my kitchen ! For its price it should be indicated on the website that it's no longer green. Disappointed .”

“The spare parts I'd ordered arrived in good time. I was surprised though that they only came in a thin plastic envelope with no padding. They are fairly fragile, brittle plastic parts which break quite easily (hence the need for a replacement). Happily they both arrived in tact.”

“It is a good juicer. Although a tiny bit fiddly at the beginning - it is easy to clean and gives good juice. Apparently this is much less complicated than other juicers. Only down point is that you have to chop up everything small which takes time.”

“The juicer is very good, easy to clean and produces good quality juice. I'm very happy with the product; however, I bought a juicer with 12 years warranty, a free book and free paring knife and instead the company sent me 10 years warranty, 2 copies of the same book and no paring knife.”

“I had a couple of parts that needed replacing and the staff were very helpful and got the replacements out in the post very quickly. I am back to enjoying my fresh juices again!”

“The only reason I don't say very good is because after two years the drive cog that connects to shaft that comes out of the motor wore away and we were sent a new machine. Surely a better thing to do would be to mend the existing machine....but as I understand it you do not supply drive cogs!! See picture of worn cog below.”
