“Beautiful leather & good sole just disappointed they aren't made completely in UK. If knew they were made in India I wouldn't have purchased them. Thought I was buying British & wouldn't buy from you again. Feel conned, should have been clearly defined they weren't completely made in Britain.”

“Their excise duty policy is not clear at all. And I was slapped with a nearly €100 fee at the last minute. They refunded my purchases but I lost the €30 shipping fee and I am without the clothes I ordered. Not happy.”

“I order quite a bit from online stores and Jules B,s service was second to none Order accepted , confirmed , shipped and delivered all within 24 hours and all with free delivery Excellent service and one I would highly recommend ps only downside was missing pocket square but no issues as I have a few from other jeans Thanks”
