I send for an exchange. I rang and asked you to hold next size up. You said you can’t. Okay. So then you say sold out by time exchanges parcel comes in. So you refund. But guess what. I just went on and ordered- so your systems are clearly not up to the task

trousers arrived without tags and covered in dust and looked like a customer return. I got in touch with customer service as wanted to keep and the level of service was appalling. Very disappointing for a first order and won’t be shopping here again. They made no attempt to rectify the situation and the last I dealt with was just rude in my opinion

the royal mail/jules b link did not work so I could not print the label, I emailed Julesb 5 days ago and still have not heard back from them. I posted the item myself for a refund.

Tracking and return process didn't work so ended up paying £11.25 to return it. Email sent to customer care and have never received a reply.

I have emailed you but no response! I have rang a number of times again no response! I received the item no problem at all. But unpacking the item I discovered no Belstaff tags attached to the item which I thought strange. Checking the item over it has been dry cleaned from the previous owner with his name on it. I have sent the item back to you yesterday very disappointed. Can you please credit myself on receipt.

I have still not received my item it has not been dispatched to royal mail. This is a week now. No response to my emails or messenger. Phone calls mot been taken. Absolutely disgusting! Im not thr first to report you to trading standards!!
