“The coat was awesome but the 5 star review is actually for JulesB. My coat delivery was lost for weeks and weeks by EVRI and JulesB worked tirelessly to chase and locate it. Nothing seemed to happen and so after several weeks I was refunded - until I finally received a phone call to say the coat had shown up and it was mine if I wanted it. Thank you JulesB I am so grateful for my coat but mostly for your patience and being so honourable in letting me know that I could still have it sale price. 5+ stars for YOU!! 😃”

“Quick delivery. Unfortunately I need to return the item as it's the wrong size. The royal mail returns label on your website does not work, I have emailed customer services and as of yet, not one has got back in touch to help me with this problem. I am aware I only have 14 days for a refund, so I am conscious of time.”
