“I have nothing but good things to say about this shop. Had seen some mixed reviews before i ordered so wasn’t sure how the transaction would go. Can now say i will buy again from here with full confidence. Kept me fully up to date with delivery and when the top arrived it was brilliantly packaged. Came well wrapped and in an individual box as well. I look forward to using jules b again”

“Fantastic service from Jules B. Ordered 2 pairs of boots Friday morning and they arrived Saturday morning (how do they do that?) I was also offered a 15% discount on my first purchase that I didn't add at checkout (my error) I emailed Jules B Friday and received an email Monday morning informing me they have issued a refund for the 15%. Well done guys 👏 this is how shopping should be perfect service and very pleased with product will definitely, definitely, definitely buy from you again. 😀”
