“I had trouble buying on line and I really wanted this jacket so I called the help line. The lady who helped was just so patient and could not have been more helpful. All happened smoothly and I ended up with this lovely coat that I have wanted for a long time. Then when it arrived the next day it was packed so beautifully. I love my coat and the whole experience buying from this company I will not hesitate to buy from them again. Thank you.”
