“On this occasion I was very disappointed in Jules b - I ordered the door print scarf & received a different print scarf. I returned the scarf (paying again for postage! & asked for an exchange & for the Door print scarf to be sent, I also asked for a refund of return postage as the mistake was made by Jules b. Whilst the scarf is still shown on Jules b website I did not get an exchange (my first preference). I did get my initial payment refunded - sadly disappointed in this outcome especially as the scarf appears to be still available.”

“I had to call customer services with some queries on the .com website . They were very helpful to tell me to order through their UK site so as not to incur currency charges . Their service was great; dispatching my order quickly & beautifully presented. I will definitely look at more of their shoes in the future as they are beautiful quality .”

“Website excellent for checking clothing style & colour etc stock levels always accurate & delivery next day using Royal Mail or DPD is great, returns process (if needed) is efficient. Always my go to shop for clothing & shoes, prices competitive & even better in sales or with discount codes if you have them.”

“Fantastic online service. I've used them twice and they have been excellent. The dresses arrived quickly and were beautifully wrapped. I kept the first - it was lovely. I returned the second as it didn't suit me. The box it was sent in made it super-easy to pa ck and I was refunded very quickly. I recommended Jules B to a friend who ordered some dresses and was very impressed too.”
