“The service was excellent apart from one thing. I had viewed the item a few times and added it to my basket then changed my mind. I placed the order after some thought. Then I received several e-mails stating I had forgotten items in my basket, each time I emptied the basket, to receive another e-mail. I was still receiving these messages after the purchase.”
