“After searching for this jacket everywhere I finally came across Jules B, they actually had it in my size and we’re the cheapest I’d seen, I was very sceptical about this as I hadn’t heard of Jules B before but ordered it anyway. After 3 days instead of an email saying I was being refunded due to lack of stock (which House of Fraser did) my jacket arrived!! It was beautifully packaged in a smart box and I’m over the moon with it. Thank you Jules B, I’ll certainly be back very soon.”

“It was my mistake on sizing as Oska clothes are quite different from most other brands. However, the jacket was packed well, received promptly, and when returned I had notification of receiving the return and was credited straight away. Great service.”
