“Great customer experience with excellent packaging. Third party courier service was below expectations though with updates hours behind. They also left the package on the doorstep which isnt ideal given the high value of the item inside. This still wouldn't put me off buying again though.”

“Your products and people are lovely but your website is not as sleek as I’d expect. The address finder kept defaulting to an address I hadn’t chosen and the order conclusion isn’t clear. It was quite frustrating!”
