“A bit disappointed with the postage charge, I paid for next day ordered in a Friday ( at 2pm) and didn't get it until the following Wednesday so even if posted on the Monday I should have received Tuesday”

“Couldn't be better if I was shopping in a store. The first jacket arrived the next day, but was too small, unfortunately. Returned that jacket and ordered the next size, which arrived the next day and was a perfect fit. The refund was dealt with very quickly and was credited back to my account within 3 days. I found the company to be the epitome of efficiency, and the jacket was reasonably priced too. Overall, a very positive and good experience, so will use them again.”

“Received the exact product and size ordered and delivery was speedy. Tried ordering these elsewhere and was sent the wrong size 3 times so turned to Jules and exactly what I asked for. Definitely be shopping with Jules again”
