“I have always been very happy with the quality of packing and packaging used by Jules B. This time it was poor, 3 garments in a carrier bag with 2 sheets of tissue and no documentation. The absence of a box was explained as a problem due to Covid 19 as was the delivery delay. However the packing could have been much better with more tissue used. One dress was so creased it was not worth trying on and obviously I did not wish to press it as that could invalidate a return.”

“Impressed by the slightly more unusual brands, ensuring I won't be wearing the same Zara or Mint Velvet dresses on the school run etc Fast delivery and easy free returns. Also received a 15% off voucher for my birthday. What's not to like? Will be using again.”

“I’ve shopped from Jules B before and will do again for sure! They have a great customer service! Their delivery is fast, especially during this period my order arrived in no time! And you can still speak to an actual person if need be!
