“I would honestly order more from Jules B if they stocked smaller sizes, particularly in specific designers that are difficult to get hold of elsewhere. This is a frustration of mine as so many times I have purchased items in the hope that they will fit but they are too big and I end up having to return them.”

“Good delivery and communication. I find the returns policy a bit unfair as most online companies allow 28 days return for a full refund. Having bought a present in advance I was duped as the larger size was no longer in stock yet I still had to spend the refund with the website. All is covered by the Ts&Cs but in comparison to other websites it is not the best service and would deter me from ordering again.”
