“I duplicated my order in error however customer care arranged in short time to cancel the duplicate and advised a refund would be made 3 to 5 days later. My credit card account was refunded as arranged and I consider this to be first class excellent service from Jules B and look forward to ordering further items in near future. As an aside my wife is also delighted with the face masks which she received recently.”

“This was the first order I have placed with Jules B. Both items ordered arrived promptly and beautifully wrapped. Unfortunately, the shorts were too large and had to be returned - the return process was very straightforward and the item was refunded very quickly, confirmed by an email. Thank you, I shall certainly be buying again!”
