Their delivery process is very poor, during my first order the item was delayed 6 days after the given day, when I received the item, it was broken, the quality of the item was very poor, it was a blender, whenever I tried using, it burst fire and I had to throw it away, I couldn't use it for once.

JUMIA Ghana is the woooorst ever.
I paid for an item only to be given fake and non-functional one.
I just thought it was the delivery guy who duped me but my second order is the also terrible.
JUMIA is not trustworthy at all.
I think this is my very last deal with these non serious people.
