“We booked a return journey - Edinburgh to a City centre hotel. Taxi didn't turn up, and no message or contact, from them. We couldn't get anyone to answer the phone, at Jumpyn or the Taxi company to explain. Staff at Edinburgh private hire Taxis(On site office) were excellent & also tried to contact the booked Taxi company for us. The next day we contacted both companies. The taxi company rep. ( Edinburgh Airport Taxis Juberlee Road ) said he was busy at moment and would e-mail Jumpyn on our behalf and get back to me. Due to this poor service we cancelled our return booking and we are still waiting to hear from him. We eventually got a reply from Jumpyn when we contacted them by e-mail. They apologized for the poor service, and we are now awaiting a refund. This is our first time using this booking service. The fact neither party could be contacted, when we needed them, is not good service.”

“Did supply a series of quotes, one of which we chose. Britannia were there at the airport and communicated with us, and the journey was good. Some confusion with Jumpyn's booking service through confusion with two trips quoted for and only one selected. However, a call from Britannia to check the dates sorted that quickly.”

“I used Jumpyn to take my family from Stansted to our flat and again to take us to LCY. Both rides were on time and in clean cars driven by extremely professional drivers. When the pickup location changed, Matthew at Jumpyn was extremely helpful in notifying the car service provider. I highly recommend them”

“Jumpyn came through beautifully for us on two occasions during our vacation. We first booked with Jumpyn for our initial journey from Heathrow to Torquay, and everything went very smoothly. Having had this initial positive experience we booked with Jumpyn again for our return journey to Heathrow two weeks later! We really appreciated Jumpyn's service!”
