Please can you tell me where my Service History & other paperwork is? I brought a White Mini Countryman reg: YH12 YYJ from the Peterborough branch and told it came with complete Service History. When I brought it on the 30 March 2018, they didn't have the paperwork, as it had been sent to Nottingham by mistake! A month later I'm still waiting. Been told it would be sent to asap on several occasions, but nothing, and now the salesman seems to be in constant meetings, and NOT returning any of our phone calls. I feel that I've been lied to? Look forward to your answer?

my question is i have phoned your company endless times i have emailed you as well is someone going to reply and answer my questions,my question is does anybody care because it certainly does not look like it. I brought my car in june from your northampton branch a insignia vxr reg fg10 hfu car was sold with full vauxhall service history but the last owner failed to bring it in so you would send it on later,6 months later i am still waiting.Les Coleman
