Terrible. Have used these guys twice in the past 4 months once didn't get the food and second time got totally wrong order and stone cold food. It's a fight to get a refund. Total waste of money advise others not to use this service. I won't be

Made my child go to bed hungry!!! Made me wait over 2 hours just to say they haven’t sent a driver and I won’t be getting food. You bloody morons tell me this when everywhere is closed???? I hope you faceless idiots are happy me and my family are deleting your trash app and spreading the word.

Tried to use my credit from a 20 pound McDonald's messed up order paid and extra £5 and it didn't even get delivered Cutting my losses and deleting the app Never to use again

Delivery driver didn't pick up or deliver my food, but logged in to say that he did, hence I have lost £26. Just Eat drivers obviously cannot be trusted. Had to re-order again. Plus chippy have had to throw away the cold food. It's absolutely disgusting. Just Eat should be ashamed of themselves, employing dishonest drivers.

Used Vodafone VeryMe discount which applied at checkout but the notification from Monzo was full price, as was invoice. I was cut off by one customer advisor (Julie) and I then reconnected to another (Zoe) who told me that she had raised a complaint and I would be contacted within 72 hours, she cut off the chat and I reconnected because I hadn't recieved a complaint number. Another advisor (Mulakala Harika) informed me that Zoe had not escalated to supervisor and had therefore lied and he apologised. Mulakala Harika told me he had escalated it and I would recieve a phonecall within 72 hours and ended the chat. I replied saying I had not recieved an e-mail and was connected to another advisor (Sayeem) who advised that a complaint had been logged and the reference was 68573713. This was all very time consuming and advisors tried to avoid honouring discount despite being sent screenshots. The order itself wasn't expensive (£18.70 and I was expecting 25% discount) but the customer experience was horrendous. I should have just collected from the restuarant direct, which would have been cheaper, as JustEat will do anything to avoid honouring discount codes, including fobbing off and lieing to customers.

They just cancel your order after 35 minutes. I was left with low blood sugar and paying a taxi to go to the shop. Don’t trust this company as they are organised chaos

I ordered food, the delivery time more than doubled. I cancelled the order after speaking to the restaurant and just eat charged me the full amount plus delivery & plastic bag. Shocking service. Will never use again.

The principle of being able to order from, and have delivered to your door, a choice of many of your favourite restaurants or takeaways. All gathered together in one fairly easy to use app seems like a no brainer. Unfortunately the reality is often being let down by delivery drivers that can't be bothered to look too hard for your address. Or they have so many orders on a busy night they just don't bother at all and feast at your leisure. As many have found out when waiting an excessively long time, a phone call to the restaurant informs you that your order left quite a while ago. So you go onto Just Eats online chat where you get the run around for another thirty to forty five minutes. Which invariably ends up with either, "your order is not recognised...we can't discuss this with you because you details are different to those given...the order has been delivered so we can't help...are you sure the order is not outside your door etc. etc.". Frustration grips you but you have nowhere to turn. Then the next day you receive an email from Just Eat giving you £5 off your next order because of your LATE delivery. This has happened twice to me so far, and using the 'generous' £5 off means that you miss out on going to the takeaways own site where you could have had £15-£20 off with some of their own deals. Learnt at my own expense I no longer use Just Eat, the temptation is there at times but I only need to cast my thoughts back to those hungry nights where I have treated a delivery driver to a slap up meal in a dark carpark.

Just eat (uk) are a discrace, I placed an order and the driver went to wrong address and all just eat could say was the driver was outside for five minutes trying to ring me, driver was at wrong location on there app map and no calls, I complained and they said I wasn’t due any refund as the driver went to correctadress (lies!) and customer service was very rude refused refund and cut me off on online chat, I will never use just eat again, absolutely disgraceful I rang the takeaway and the manager was very nice and told me just eat drivers are very untrustworthy and regularily eat the food saying it was delivered, dreadfull avoid

I will never order food on Just Eat ever again. Ordered food online, order was accepted & confirmed, site advised delivery would be 50 minutes later. Food never arrived & I called CS 1hr 20 mins later. CS agent advised order was never accepted by restaurant as they were offline. I was very cross as have 3 hungry children & asked why my order was confirmed, why nobody had contacted me. The agent advised that that’s just the system. She was so upset & I feel completely terrible for giving out to her. What a disgusting company putting their agents in this position & having absolutely no regard for their customers.

If only i could leave NO stars! If i could leave NO stars, then I would! 2 weeks Ina row, we had the most appaling customer service! Not from just eat clients, but from just eat call centre staff! Why do restaurants use THIS ppl???? We called their call centre last weekend because our order was delivered minus an item or two, got a chap on the phone who had a God complex and was absolutely awful on the call. Made a complaint, got a call from a "supervisor " today, and believe it or not, she was even worse than the agent! Both the agent last week and the sorry excuse of a supervisor refused to give their first names either. Getting no call would have been better! 2 weeks In a row, we were left upset and traumatized after speaking with this ppl! We have reactivated our Uber eats account now, as we never had such awful experience when we were using them. Note to any Just Eat management that might be reading this: *Employ GOOD ppl in your contact centre. *Review their performance and pay very good attention to customer review and feedback!

Six orders in a row cancelled. Tried a different restaurant and that was cancelled. Customer service a waste of time. Restaurants less than two miles away. Clearly they cannot get drivers and I really can’t see the point of using Just a Waste of Time ever again. Rubbish company.

No.1 My Food NEVER EVER ARRIVED! N0.2 Could only get Chat on Just Eats to complain and had RUDE agents!! No.3 Got cut off by first agent who was the most helpful and friendly. I was told they would also give me £5 credit, so I wanted to confirm this was on top of my full refund ? This was when I got off, so ended up talking to another agent ( I won't name but names ) . No.4 I was told by this agent my money would be refunded and they appeared to have left the chat as I got , "If you have a moment, it would be great if you could rate the service I've provided today. Your feedback really helps us to keep improving" No.5 So I rated feedback bad as I never got to finish my chat and also the fact the RUDE TONE in which I was spoken to!! With the agent saying, "I said that I already ........................." HOW DAMNED RUDE! I thought and told the agent so. I was then told, "I've checked your Just Eat account, including your order history. Based on this review, we've had to decline your [voucher/refund] request in this instance........." ABSOLUTELY APPALLING! 6) Spoke to yet another agent who then CUT ME off after reading back the chat. I did however bet the £5 credit and await my FULL REFUND for the MISSING ORDER!! 7) Apparantly THIS HAS HAPPENED TWICE BEFORE! FOOD NEVER ARRIVING! When I spoke to the restaurant about it , who were very helpful and brilliant! They said it was showing delivered their end but needless to say, I NEVER GOT IT! Not restuarants fault but appalling (thieving drivers). AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Terrible meal from Robatary in Wakefield via just eat . Emailed just eat 27 th December and again on 11 th January with details and order number . Still waiting for a reply despite first email replying saying I would get an update within the next 7 days . Appalling customer service .AVOID at all costs !!!!!

Rude unhelpful staff in the call centre. They even hung up on me. Money missing from my bank account, taken by just eat. Management either don’t exist or just don’t care…? No one has called me back. What a terrible company this is. I would advise people to steer well clear of them. Their credit codes don’t work and food delivered too early. Account deleted. Thet should be ashamed.

Order delivered after 2 and half hours, an hour after the store shut. We had phoned and were told we wouldnt be getting our ordef so we order an alternative which was delivered in 30 minutes. 30 minutes later original order turns up and we were told you own it! Full refund requested due to sh*te service,didnt want to know just offered £5 credit. Unacceptable service from start to finish. Customer services (or lack of) complete waste of time. When you have a problem dont expect a reasonable solution.

Terrible company, very poor customer service, don’t really care about us customers, just fob us off, take the money sh-t service. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with and I’m a share holder,mugged off to say the least.

Cannot get through to them on the phone. You email them and they don’t listen to your complain and it takes days before you even get a reply. Got totally wrong items from kfc and just eat want to refund some of the order. Two people trying to have a meal together ended up with one part complete meal and one completely missing meal. Half order etc. just eat take the money and ignore dealing with the issue. Work for the shop not the customer.
