“Well I ordered golf shoes & they didn’t fit quite right so i unfortunately had to return them . But according to your website which I knew ahead of time that I would be responsible for the return shipping . I didn’t realize it was going to cost me $20 to send them back . So now I’m out $20 & no shoes.
I will be making my future golf purchases from other golf companies that offer free returns on products. You wanted my honest feedback”
“I received a pair of golf shoes on January 4. I first tried to contact customer service by phone a few days without a call back. So, I sent my first email on January 15. I got no response, so I sent a second email on January 25.
The first response that I received from customer service took nearly two weeks. That is unacceptable. And now I am told that I have to pay the return shipping because they wouldn’t exchange them. However, bc of the lack of timely response from customer service, I am no longer inside the 30 day window bc I ordered the shoes on December 28. My guess is that it was shipped by December 31 because I received it in January 4.
So now I have no recourse. This is ridiculous. I did my part by contacting customer service. But now my calendar is up for a return. I am very unhappy with the customer service that I received.”

“It's not what I expected and I attempted to send it back and it cost more than the value of the product. I'm speaking of the golf bag. The pants are fine and the shirt is awesome. I just wanted a bag that had legs on it so that I could set it down by the driving range instead I got a cart bag. And you don't include a return program so that's just messed up. I'll never buy anything on the site again.”

“What I ordered was correct but it took 12 days to arrive and it came on separate deliveries. All 3 items were Christmas gifts and they didn’t make it in time. I won’t be using Just golf again.”
“Your communication is terrible I’ve reached out 4 times and haven’t had any response. Called 1 time and left voicemail along with name and phone number emailed 3 times. My complaint is that I purchased 3 Puma shirts as a Christmas gift one of the shirts being white in color. However, for whatever reason the white shirt did not come in it’s protected plastic sleeve and thus is stained and dirty. Obviously held that shirt and didn’t gift him. This is going on for over 1 Month and still don’t have any feedback. Respectfully waiting Pete”
