“My biggest gripe is I am still waiting for a refund after returning my item 3 weeks ago. I ordered two outfits for choice for my sons wedding. I kept a dress and a jacket, its not like I returned everything. Have phoned their customer services twice, was fobbed off with excuses re changing warehouse, updating their computer system for a better shopping experience Huh!. Thats a laugh, I asked to speak to a manager, not one on duty? Was assured my refund would be given priority by Kelly, would have it by the end of the week. Just checked my bank surprise no refund. Me thinks they are either going bust or are bust.”

“I was sent a faulty jacket that had been sent back by another customer. I re ordered another one and paid for it . I returned the faulty one three weeks ago and have had no refund , but lots of excuses! Its a shame as £59 is a lot of money for me to lose.”

“Posted a return on 15th August this year, sent an email on not hearing anything but had to send another today as still no sigh of money or contact. The choice and price of clothes you can not fault but the returns is poor. If and when(?) I get a refund without having to go down offical lines I will update this review but in the meantime unless you know for definate that the clothes will fit be cautious. Oh and yes I do like to give positive feedback and have never been critical so this is a first review where I have expressed disappointment.”

“I ordered a number items over 3 days for a wedding, one order containing 7 items did not arrive although was "being processed" on my orders profile. Just telephoned company who now tell me that accidentally the order did not go to distribution, girl said it happens from time to time. I ordered at 1am in the morning so they don't put orders through via sequence. Now 3 items are only available and at normal price only! Certainly don't rely on this company.”

“I have only rated this company with a two star due to the fact that although the quality of clothing is very good as are the prices the returns policy leaves a lot to be desired. I purchased 4 dresses in December 2017 for a wedding, I kept one and returned the other three, we are now at the end of January 2018 and I have only just received a refund. In my opinion this is far too long to wait for reimbursement of goods and this lets the company down. They also need to rethink on the carrier they use for deliveries and returns as they left my parcel in my open porch in the pouring rain !!!!!!”

“I placed an order somewhat late on Wednesday,July 20th 2018 and paid for Express delivery. I did not realistically expect the order to be processed until the following day but hoped for delivery on the Friday or Saturday of that week. The parcel arrived on the following Wednesday, the 27th. Having paid for Express service, I had meantime emailed Just Last Season for an explanation and after receipt, emailed again asking for my delivery fee to be adjusted. I did not receive the courtesy of a reply to either email. The parcel, when finally delivered by courier was marked Next Day Delivery, so I suspect it had not been despatched until Tuesday,26th ( NB. In my long experience this particular courier service has always been extremely prompt and reliable). So if you are ordering for early delivery, prepare to be disappointed. I shall not risk this with this company ever again.”

“My experience was the same as others who have written on this review site. I ordered a coat which didn't arrive with another item so after more than a week I phoned up to query it. I was then told the coat was out of stock in the warehouse and I should have received an email from the warehouse. There was no notification given regarding this by email or with the delivery note I received with the first item. Even more annoying is that I received an email the day after ordering the coat to say I should ensure I ordered it so the site was still showing it to be in stock!!! Shocking communication and poor customer service. I shall be avoiding this company....”

“The first dress I received was faulty. I returned it and ordered a replacement. The second dress was fine. Customer service was awful. I had used a voucher code with the first order and because I couldn't remember the code , wasn't given the discount on the replacement dress, although they had the invoice. Also was given an inquisition to get my postage refunded. Gave up in the end. Sadly wont use again, pity as the clothes are great.”
