“I did email about the not very good fitting, both my heels overhang the inside sole, toe post a little off I reckon. Never had this happen with other makes. Still waiting for a reply.”

“To be honest loved the flip flops only thing a size 9 is quite small should have got a 10 but they could av been to big a 9.5 would have been better”

“The canvas top flip flops I received are perfect but there is little choice in this style Only two colours are available grey and purple so ended up only buying one pair instead of the 2-3 I was looking to buy”

“Whilst very pretty and quite comfortable, the sole discolours as soon as 'sandy' feet or slightly dirty feet wear them. Won't be purchasing again.”

“I am still waiting for someone to contact me about an incorrect error. I have sent 2 contact forms and no one has responded. Very disappointing customer service - shame as the product is excellent! Am unable to make contact by telephone as the number just cancels when dialed.”

“Bit disappointed. I bought a few pairs last year and they all had the recycled soles. These two pairs I bought just have foam (or something that looks/feels like foam) soles. Back to Gumbies for me! Sorry Kahuku!”
