“The size was completely wrong I had to give them to someone with smaller feet !”

“Bought flip flops that are too small. Company won’t send me out a larger size and have the courier collect the ones that are too small. Says I have to package them and send them back at my own cost. Lots of other companies I’ve dealt with would send you out a larger pair and collect the others, but not this company. I usually take a 9.5 so ordered a size 10 but still too small. Flip flops not true to size. Company and customer service very unhelpful. Would not use again. Stay away if you can”

“Had to send two pairs of flip flops back as too small. Had to battle to get refund, only after threatening to take it further did they even acknowledge me. Awful customer service”

“I ordered flip flops 2 weeks ago. Haven't received any confirmation that they have been sent, wrote them e-mails asking how the order is going and no answer. I will file a complaint at my bank regarding scam”

“I ordered the wrong size by mistake but no one has answered my email. Have always been so pleased with the company before as I have several other pairs. Please get in contact to say how to return the pair I have and get the correct size .”
