“The tie down straps are inadequate - they are too short to tie the higher (bow) end of the boat to the trailer and they are too weak to resist strong winds. They are substandard compared with much stronger tie-down ropes supplied by other brands.”

“The poles for the Bimini are a bit thin and a lot of flex in them we also lost the transport cover the first time we took it out it was on properly and blew off while driving to the water it was reasonably cheap but not the best quality”

“I bought a cover for my outdoor setting. 10 chairs and a table. Three chairs on each side and two chairs on each end of the table. The cover is too big, even though the measurements were about right. I have to anchor a strap over the cover in the middle, to keep it down in the wind. The drawstring at the bottom of the cover is hard to pull around the whole setting as the cover is quite big. I like the lightweight material and the cover is well made. Next time I will buy a premium series cover.”

“I recently bought my third boat cover from Kaiser. The first lasted about three years and the second only a little over a year. I'm hoping this is not a trend in quality but time will tell.....otherwise very happy with the purchasing and shipping arrangements”

“I bought the extra large jet ski cover for the 2021 yamaha fxho cruiser. The cover does not cover the ski, the cover is long enough but does not fit the handlebar width, which therefore stops the cover from being able to cover the ski sides and footwell adequately.”

“Purchased a 17-19ft Boat cover4 years ago and it lasted well and fitted well. Just purchased exactly the same spec cover and a bit disappointed. Quality nowhere near as good and it is a fair bit bigger and does not fit well on my boat at all. Time will tell how long it lasts but not that happy as it cost nearly twice as much as the previous one”

“My first purchase lasted four years , second purchase stitching came apart for about 150 cm after about 3 months and after about 12 months certain areas seemed to wear thin quicker . Had a wind storm and ripped apart across whole width of boat. On my third purchase .”

“I was disappointed in the thick and heavy material it's made from, other dry bags I've got are a lighter fabric. If I'd known it was this heavy I wouldn't have bought it, I travel by motorbike and like to keep my bags as light as possible. Apart from that it seems like a decent bag and delivery was prompt.”
