Love you store but the Card organization is awful. We are from Chicago and this is terrible:
We didn't know about your store card. After spending over 320 BG Leva or around 165 Euros we wend to get the card. We got it, wanted to use it for this current purchase and we're told NO, you Cannot by a cold minded girl. Why. All over the world is allowed and encouraged. First impression is everything!!

Saptamana trecuta am facut cumparaturi in magazinul din Bucuresti,strada Turnu Magurele .
Din greseala am scanat pretul intreg al unui produs la casele self si a trebuit sa mi se dea o diferenta de bani.
Odata ajuns la biroul Informatii am avut placerea sa fiu întampinat de catre o doamna bruneta cu ochelari,care sincer sa fiu mi-a înveselit ziua prin atitudinea pe care a avut-o fața de mine.
Mare mi-a fost mirarea sa dau o peste o persoana atat de simpatica,vesela ,cu zambetul pe buze si dispusa sa ma ajute fara nici o problema si credeti-ma ca imi permit sa spun asta caci din pacate am avut si neșansa de a da peste alte doambe/domnisoare cu un comportament si o atitudine total nepotrivita!
Cat despre doamna mai sus mentiona pot spune doar ca m a impresionat ,felicitari inca odata pentru implicare si voință!
Constat ca din fericire inca mai sunt oameni care isi fac cu drag meseria .
Pentru astfel de oameni am sa revin cu drag sa fac cumparaturi din acest magazin,caci oamenii sfintesc locul!”

“Be very cautious with Kaufland and its compliance to law and regulations when it comes to reimburse you for an item that has never been delivered.
I recently purchased a mobile phone on their website. Their transporter DPD has notified that they delivered my item while I have never ever received anything. Then, after multiple e-mails where I inquired Kaufland, they made me sign a paper where I acknowledged that I never received the item. Then, they apparently contacted DPD that must investigate. As of today after more than one month when they keep telling me that they have not received any result from DPD, they refuse to reimburse me or to send me another mobile phone while I expressly showed them the corresponding german law articles which oblige a company like them to proceed to a reimbursement in case their transporter lose an article. Their answer was that they don't have to reimburse me if there is no proof that I have never ever received the article. This is actually a breach of law, and I'd be curious to know what instructions Kaufland gives to its employees when it comes to dealing with customer requests.
Besides, I asked them a phone number for a contact person from Kaufland that I could contact to, they told me they don't communicate by phone for these matters (very helpful).
Be very cautious with this company before placing any purchase. My experience is extremely disappointing so far.”

“It was all right until they sold me old stinky cheese. Iwanted to return it - they declined. Instead, they offered me 4euro - I paid over 10euro for the cheese. Would have been all right but they wanted to mail me the 4euro coupon plus my address, phone etc. This is 4euro we are talking about not 40 000euro!!! They talked about laws and regulations so much that I started to have a headache. All because of 4euro!!! Just discount 4euro from my next purchase, I tell them. Again, whole bunch of laws, so I told them to keep 4euro. But I'm not coming back either. They lost a lot more than they won but whatever. Have it your way K...you ain't getting my business no more.”
