“Customer service provided by Tony and Rose was personal, professional, prompt and efficient. Timescale from survey to installation - 2 weeks. My only concern - the new boiler was installed significantly lower than the old boiler (no longer concealed within the unit). Once highlighted,Tony immediately arranged for the boiler to be raised. The company worked well to improve the situation to ensure customer satisfaction and can be recommended for providing value and good customer service.”

“This company was quick to respond, easy to deal with, and friendly. The installation of the new boiler was completed on time. The only complaint is that they gave instructions of how to control the heating to an 87 year old who couldn't understand them, and so she had to wait for a day without heat until a relative could help.”
