“I'm so disappointed in the formula ???? It's sooo different! the first one I bought was phenomenal my face breakouts cleared up extremely fast even made my skin look so vibrant and radiant! But with all dissatisfaction the new formula cause me to break out and did nothing for me....please please please bring back the original formula it was one of the best and only acne products that I have ever came across and actually worked . I am a acne suffer for over 10 years and I don't want to go back to them horrible days please bring the original formula iback.”

“I have e-mailed and called I only received half my order and no one has responded to me. I am a first time costumer. Don't know I would buy again. Very poor service. I want to know where my order is or I want my money back.”

“Old one used to work really well for me and have been disappointed from last three months as its texture, smell everything have been changed and it is bringing more break outs. Please refund me or please go back to old formula.”

“I always loved your cream. It is the only cream that works for my hormonal and cystic acne. Until you changed the formula and it's not effective anymore. Please bring back the old formula or I demand for a full refund.”

“I've been buying keeva organics online through amazon and when it became unavailable I purchased from keeva direct. It was a COMPLETE disappointment...everything I loved about the product was gone!!!!! The smell was disgusting. The texture was greasy. The cooling sensation was gone. IT was a completely different product from what I used to purchase. I had seen good results from my last uses and shorely after I received the product from keeva it was in the trash. I am so sad about the change. Now I'm on a search to find another product that works. YOUR upgrade on the keeva product was a DOWNGRADE!!!!! The only good thing was the refund I recieved. Boooo!”

“I haven't received my item since I placed an order one week ago. I only received you email with a order number but without tracking number. I don't know whether you have shipped it.”

“My order was shipped to my billing address and not to the shipping address that I had provided. One of the items that I had paid for was not in the shipment. When I reached out to customer service to try to repair the problem, I was ignored.”
