“I ordered an entire kit for my teenage daughter to try for her acne, as I wanted a more natural acne treatment for her. It came with a “100 day money-back guarantee”, so I figured I had nothing to lose. I was wrong! After 3 months of use, we saw no difference for my daughter. So I contacted the company for my refund, which I had to do by email. They had trouble figuring out how to send me the proper return form. Three emails later, I received a number to write on a piece of paper to put in the box. So I sent back the empty bottles and waited. And waited. Two months later, I contacted them again, only to be told they had “no record of my return” and could I please supply a tracking number from the post office. Since it’s been TWO MONTHS, I’m still trying to find a tracking number. I sent another email, but have received no reply after two weeks. The product made no difference, but even if it had, I’m not sure I’d order again because of how poor the customer service is!!!”

“I purchased the the Tea Tree Oil Acne Treatment and after using for just over two months, I found my skin is worse than it has ever been (even as a teenager)! After a couple of weeks, my skin didn't improve and now I wish I had stopped using it. After two nights of not using the cream, two larger pimples on my face have healed better than a week of using the cream before bed. I will never purchase this again!”

“Worst company. I bought 5 orders of this item expecting them to ship my item in 3 business days as advertised on the website. After 10 days I contacted them and they said they are out of stock. Until now (3 weeks later) I didn't get my full refund for all orders.”

“SCAM DO NOT BUY !!!!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT. I ordered thus product November 16th and have yet to receive it. I am unable to track the package and the company DOES NOT reposnd to phone calls, messages, emails, facebook messages, etc!!!! I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and have contacted my bank to freeze my card and account. Do not trust this company !!!!!!!!!!”

“Piece of soap is too small compared to what is shown on the website picture. I ordered 3 pieces worth over $40 and it's so strange that even those pieces are uneven. One is so small worth $1.00. Very unpleased and disappointed. Worst purchase ever.”

“I had no idea I was on auto ship, and I don't know how to turn it off! The product is terrible, and it breaks me out horribly. I have absolutely no use for the original 3 jars, and now I apparently have 3 more on the way.”

“I ordered Jan. 14 2016 and have still never received your product. I sent emails and left phone messages with no response. Now I have to go threw paypal and my credit card company to get my money back. Why do you have a phone when you can't get back with people. Very upsetting. My girls like your product and I have always purchased it threw Amazon with no problems. But on your website you had an offer of buy one get one free. So we went threw your website, with nothing but no product and my card charged. Hopefully you can address this problem with me so we can get this straighten out.”

“Absolutely Terrible customer service!!! I've never even spoken directly to a representitive at all. All communication has been via email or facebook messages. Which is completely terrible. A company SHOULD care enough about their customers and the service they provide and at a minimum, contact the customer by phone to try to resolve the problem as quickly as possible....but for Keeve Organics this obviously isn't the case. As a customer I feel that I am not valued whatsoever. I wasted my valuable time and money on a company that could care less to help resolve my issue. this company could care less to wonder and make sure that a first time customer is satisfied or has any issues, seeing as how i sent many calls, voicemails, and emails. Once I placed my order through Keeva Organics personal website, I never recieved my order nor any delivery information about it. I had called multiple times, left multiple voice messages, left multiple emails, tried contacting keeva organics through facebook as well to try to either get a refund for the order i never recieved or possibly have it FINALLY shipped. And finally, after quite some time, I got a response from someone through facebook. which is very, very impersonable! It seems as a customer my business with this company was not cared for or valued whatsoever and was completely ignored. As a first time customer to this company I was extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service and the complete lack of care. Perhaps brush up on proper customer service and care. My entire transaction with Keeva Organics was horrible, disappointing to say the least, and the lack of care for customer satisfaction is utterly despicable. To be honest, I am not sure i want to even bother to be a continuing customer with Keeva Organics due to a horrible first time experience. hopefully Keeva Organics can get its act together and ACTUALLY HELP its customers and actually contact them.”

“1) I got their Order confirmation and shipment confirmation only one second apart, can that be possible? If that is possible, then I would have already get my order. Is already 11 days from the day I got the shipment confirmation but yet I haven't get anything . 2) Their tracking system online is useless because it is NOT WORKING AT ALL!!! 3) No one pick up or return call during business hours. 4) No one reply my enquiry email. Having a good product is totally useless if keevaorganics do no work on their customer service quality. Currently I am using two of their products but I will stop using them if they don't improve their CS. Very frustrating when no one is there to answer your questions for days.”

“I'm so disappointed in the formula ???? It's sooo different! the first one I bought was phenomenal my face breakouts cleared up extremely fast even made my skin look so vibrant and radiant! But with all dissatisfaction the new formula cause me to break out and did nothing for me....please please please bring back the original formula it was one of the best and only acne products that I have ever came across and actually worked . I am a acne suffer for over 10 years and I don't want to go back to them horrible days please bring the original formula iback.”
