“This is my third purchase from KES. We bought two crystal lamps for our bedside tables. Absolutely stunning when the sun hits them, and being dimmable, they look very romantic when on at their weakest light (like candle light.) Amazing customer service. 10/10.”

“Hi Yes I have placed an order between 2 or 3 k worth of fittings as you have a very good selection. My only disappointment is when I went and googled fittings I deliberately picked .ie web address as with brexit I did not want any more extra charges other than what I paid on line. Now I think I have a duty and vat charges whitch could bring my costs up by 30 to 40 per cent more than I wanted to pay. I am still waiting on confirmation on some of fittings and I paid for order over 4 weeks ago so a little disappointed. Thanks Derek Goucher.”

“We had a problem with our original purchase. Sharna sorted it quickly, efficiently and the replacement arrived on time. I was kept informed of progress every step of the way. I was so impressed by the attention to detail and quality of service. A lot of firms could learn a great deal from this approach and attitude. The product was great as well and a family member is buying one as well. Exceptional at every level.”

“We had to wait a long time for our order to arrive because of shipping problems .But it is here now and looking forward to getting our new porch light fitted. I then had to order a light bulb ,it arrived promptly. So far i am very happy with the servive from Kess Lighting. Linda Gray.”

“What fantastic customer service!! In addition to being kept informed on the delivery of our lights, when one arrived with a slight flaw, the KES team had a replacement sorted out within hours of our contact with them. Just superb!!
