“Anne was extremely helpful and we were delighted with the product. Our only concern was the sheer volume of packaging that housed our light fitting. It literally took two hours to unwrap the fitting and careful prepare all the cardboard, bubble wrap and polystyrene for recycling and rubbish collection. The packaging was eight times the size of the fitting and contained enough plastic and polystyrene to wipe out a small pod of whales. Otherwise, extremely happy with the service. “Beautiful Diyas Edison ceiling round 7 light, looks great in the bedroom, much better quality than similar style John Lewis one I looked at for much the same price. Shopped around first and found KES to be the best price v online competitors. Great service from the start, also had to return another light which unfortunately when opened box realised would have looked a bit small in the intended room, my fault, but KES processed refund quickly and no quibble.”
