“The light was packed and delivered safely. It took a bit to get it fitted and some utube videos to get it synchronised. But it is working perfectly now great for me at night when I can get very hot. The remote control is easy to use once it is up and running. Well worth it”

“Light was damaged however KES sent a replace glass shade within days. Very good customer service and quick to respond. The pendant light is lovely . We have yet to put it up and hope it looks as good as it does in the box. Thank you”
