“I had to wait a good 20 minutes for crushers because none of the people wanted to serve us what’s the use of having a simple wording machine and no people to prepare the food while there’s staff at the back gossiping. KFC at Magalies Hills in Brits is the worst”

“The lady that helped us at Secunda village kept arguing with me that I didn't state that we are paying cash, while I.did when we got at the counter, we decided to leave due to this. It's really becoming a problem that you MUST order at the kiosks”

“KFC steelpoort, there is a lady called Glenda, yerr the attitude. My order was wrong, she called my order, when i went to collect, she quickly started packing more orders. I gave her space and then she called other orders to come collect, again when i went to collect mine, she started again with packing other orders. You must sort her out. Eventually i got my order without drinks.”

“Service was really slow. Waited almost 30 mins ! Finally got the food - chips were cold, meat was burnt, drink was hot with no ice. Unpleasant experience could barely finish my meal. KFC Rosebank the zone”
