“KFC Somerset West your chicken taste horrible. The chicken was not fresh it had a smell”

“Horrendous service at KFC wartburg this morning (1 Sep) at 9:45. Upon arriving I enquired with the cashier lady whether they had ice-cream and I was told yes. I proceed to the self service where I then purchased a milkshake. When I returned to the cashier she informed me why had I changed my order since they do not have any milk. Now noting that this item was on the menu and I am not a KFC staff member I found this question out of place. I proceeded to tell the lady that I had every right to order any item on the menu. She then looked at me and asked me how do we handle this case since they dont have milk. When I did not respond she asked me again and this is when I proceeded to leave the store. As a customer am I supposd to know what possible solutions are offered at KFC. A fair play out would have been the staff offering solutions that they know are allowed within their store. This was highly unpleasant and unecessary.”

“Today my wife and I went to V & A Waterfront KFC. Order streetwise 5, and my order arrived when I sat down to eat I found that I only had 4 pieces of chicken. So naturally I went back to KFC, to explain that I only received 4 pieces. When I explained to the lady at the counter that I only received 4 pieces she looked at me like I'm trying my luck, took the box from me walked off not saying a thing. The lady next to me complained that she had been standing in line for 30 mins waiting on her meal and wanted a refund. She asked me if she could get, I called the other lady on the counter around to assist and she couldn't believe that it was true. The first lady came back from the kitchen with the box pushed it towards me and turned her back, not and apology or acknowledgement nothing is this the way how customers are treated. 1 of 5 pieces were a decent piece the other 4 were 2 wings and 2 thighs. Worse service I have ever received from a KFC, I normally buy from KFC every weekend. And I normal don't receive this kind of treatment. You were with food and customers.”

“Ordered the dunked all star box meal for R92.90 and received the smallest burger, EVEN THE CHICKEN THIGH WAS BIGGER THAN THE BURGER, wasn't a burger,it was a slider. I feel KFC should say that the burger is a slider...for R92.90 I would have spent my money elsewhere.”

“So there is this one girl she is in the rosebank KFC she used a computer and she spoke to two little girls service really nice and sweet lady We asked to order then she told us we couldn’t order online very kind she recommended what is nice to get and also what is nice for a kid to get I think they are called pops this lady is wonderful”

“Yesterday I went to KFC at ghandi Square in Johannesburg around 8pm looking for the Kentucky tuesday but the ladies said it was finished okay,I opted for big6 that lady that was helping me firstly didn't give us a slip after taking the cash she went at the back the meat wasn't fresh I was burnt the bread loaf wasn't fresh too we didn't even get salts whooo there's a lot”
