“Kfc tsakane mall has very poor service. Waited close to 45 minutes for an order while it was empty after that people who came after me received their orders whilst mine was still stuck on coming soon and the workers there? Not helpful at all.”

“I was at KFC Pelikan last night. Poor service . If I ask a question they just ignore a person. Ask to swap my normal wings for dunk wing all I tasted was soy sauce. Wasn't even editable. It was almost like they wanted to chase a person away. I wanted to go inside ask something. A girl who was sitting in a car outside. I assume she was part of the staff told me " no you can't go inside " but she was sitting outside. I'm very disappointed in Pelikan Park KFC. It's my first time to be treated like that there.”

“Poor service. Went into KFC Savannah Mall, did our order inside, waited 30 min for our food, screen shows order ready and then it disappeared of the screen, still nothing received. Workers looked at me if I'm crazy. No one deserves service like this. This is not the 1st time at this kfc. Please sort out the service in this branch.”
