“We ordered burgers and wraps from the KFC drive-through on Church Street in Kuruman, but unfortunately discovered (once we got home) that some items were missing. After reporting the issue through the customer care line, Me Mapule Ditseho, from the Kuruman branch, contacted us within minutes. She handled the matter quickly and professionally, offering practical solutions, including the option to collect the missing items on our next visit since we’re not from Kuruman. Her friendly approach,clear commitment and dedication to excellent customer service really made an impression. Me Ditseho is a valuable asset to KFC, and I highly recommend her for the excellent way she managed our concern.”

“Twice in 2 weeks. Your order a ice cream on your self service machines. You get to the counter, "sorry, no ice cream". Then get told to take a cold drink, or small chips. I don't want cold drink or chips. I ask for a cash refund, sorry can't do that, Head office will issue a refund in 48hrs. I'm not allowed to take a meal and pay in 48hrs but you can pay me back in 48hrs. It's really as simple as just putting a little note by the machines saying "No Ice Cream" surely a big organization like yours can figure this problem out.”

“KFC Wilrogate are commended for their best service. Wow I'm impressed with the good service, nice fastfood and great hospitality. Friendly and helpful staff. Take care when packaging a big order not to just shove everything in the bag. Food is packed neatly and organised systematically to avoid a jumbled mess. Thank you for a happy experience.”
