“Today my wife and I went to V & A Waterfront KFC. Order streetwise 5, and my order arrived when I sat down to eat I found that I only had 4 pieces of chicken. So naturally I went back to KFC, to explain that I only received 4 pieces. When I explained to the lady at the counter that I only received 4 pieces she looked at me like I'm trying my luck, took the box from me walked off not saying a thing. The lady next to me complained that she had been standing in line for 30 mins waiting on her meal and wanted a refund. She asked me if she could get, I called the other lady on the counter around to assist and she couldn't believe that it was true. The first lady came back from the kitchen with the box pushed it towards me and turned her back, not and apology or acknowledgement nothing is this the way how customers are treated. 1 of 5 pieces were a decent piece the other 4 were 2 wings and 2 thighs. Worse service I have ever received from a KFC, I normally buy from KFC every weekend. And I normal don't receive this kind of treatment. You were with food and customers.”

“Ordered the dunked all star box meal for R92.90 and received the smallest burger, EVEN THE CHICKEN THIGH WAS BIGGER THAN THE BURGER, wasn't a burger,it was a slider. I feel KFC should say that the burger is a slider...for R92.90 I would have spent my money elsewhere.”

“So there is this one girl she is in the rosebank KFC she used a computer and she spoke to two little girls service really nice and sweet lady We asked to order then she told us we couldn’t order online very kind she recommended what is nice to get and also what is nice for a kid to get I think they are called pops this lady is wonderful”

“Yesterday I went to KFC at ghandi Square in Johannesburg around 8pm looking for the Kentucky tuesday but the ladies said it was finished okay,I opted for big6 that lady that was helping me firstly didn't give us a slip after taking the cash she went at the back the meat wasn't fresh I was burnt the bread loaf wasn't fresh too we didn't even get salts whooo there's a lot”

“2 weeks no response from KFC at all is this how KFC treats sick people in hospital Good day KFC I ordered a meal at KFC via Mr delivery The order arrived with coke zero instead of Coke regular which was paid for at and extra For the driver to to tell that that's what they Gave him I said it's cool I'll just send Mr delivery a Customer complaint he then said he would give me The R10 difference which sounded fishy to me I said no When I got the chicken back to my ward and sat down To eat I found the chicken was dry and half breaded I lost my temper my apatite and everything all At once I'm now going to make point to make This public because KFC Pietermaritzburg and me delivery think you can just Send anything and people will accept it and The delivery drivers use the "I'm just bringing the food" As sympathetic leverage regards Mark 0729936050”
