“Good day KFC Team, I placed an order for a Family Feast with 2 sides of Pops today at Khaya shopping centre today .After waiting for 20 minutes+, I noticed that customers who ordered after me were receiving their food and leaving. I approached the consultant and gave her my slip. She checked with the kitchen and said my Pops were missing and would take 2 minutes. I went to sit and waited to be called, but no one did. When I went back to the counter, a different consultant was on duty and I had to repeat my entire story because the first consultant was now on tills. No one gave me updates. Out of frustration, I asked them to cancel the Pops. Still, no one responded or apologized. Eventually the order came through and it was just pushed to me without an apology. This was a very poor experience. I expect better communication and customer care, especially for the price paid. Thank you.”

“I'm very satisfied because the order is always accurate, the e chicken is hot and fresh and taste delicious even the restaurant is clean they provide with excellent service whenever I visited Warwick my order I received it on time good speeds of service”

“New I would like to commend the manager Mr Alphious ipeleng for the excellent service I received today. They called me personally, were very professional, and ensured that everything was perfect with my order. I am extremely happy with the service I received, and my son thoroughly enjoyed his meal.
