“Waterloo KFC charged me twice for 1 order. I had sent my daughter who I always send. She bought from the Kiosk and paid with my bank card, the cashier said it didn't show and called the manager to help and she paid again. So it was paid for twice. It was a bucket of 9 pieces which was charged at R171.80 and another one for R172.60. I went back the following day to get my money back and to this day I haven't been paid back. KFC Waterloo should just close because there are so many issues with the staff with attitude and wrong orders and chicken that is off. I want my money back.”

“Terrible experience today. Please look at video eight cars were waiting for a orders my order was wrong twice, should have taken it was a bucket a wrap and much more than I ordered. The manger heard my grievance and just stayed eating three of us moaned. I asked for a higher level manager. See the video it's embarrassing to wait for my food outside, yet others are getting orders after the eight of us.”

“We ordered via Uber eats. The food came late without our soda and not sealed. We called them at 3h30 at 16hoo at 16h45 They lied that they called us. Food arrived at 17h 10 stone cold. From Southgate KFC. No remorse.”

“KFC Watergate Mitchell's plain suck!!my wife always want to buy food there,she think they have the best chicken,Last Saturday afternoon we went there to buy food,my wife stood in line to use the self service,i needed to pee,i asked to use the toilet and i was told i must buy first because they need to see my till slip,i asked to speak to the manager, she told me i need a slip,i point to the line where my wife stood, Watergate Mitchell's plain have an excellent public toilet,why would i want to scam KFC Watergate Mitchell's plain?? Pathetic”

“I want send my gratitude to the staff of this outlet for the professional handling of my order for my school outing. Your friendly attitude is really commendable and credit must be given where it's due. I couldn't catch the name of the lady that took my order last night, but this morning I was received by Ayanda who was equally friendly. My order was ready 30 minutes before the agreed time, thank you guys 👏👏”

“I purchased a Family Fiesta on 25/10/2025, and was disappointed with the taste & smell of the chicken, like burnt smell, Tried calling them on 0635447776 & it goes on voice mail, but they never call you back. Will never purchase any KFC from the Malvern branch at 121 main Road.”
