“Service was really slow. Waited almost 30 mins ! Finally got the food - chips were cold, meat was burnt, drink was hot with no ice. Unpleasant experience could barely finish my meal. KFC Rosebank the zone”

“We ordered KFC from the App to collect crunch burgers and streetwise 5. The one crunch burger was wrapped with the fly already inside and we are unsure how it could have been missed We were unable to eat the rest of our meal as we were unsure what else had flies walking all over it in the kitchen where it was made. The fly was highly lethargic as can be seen from the video we sent to Customer Care, and must have been trapped in the wrapping for an extended period. We asked a refund for the food as well as an assertion that the kitchen cleanliness standards will be reviewed. We received a voucher for just the crunch burger at the same restaurant. Truly disappointing and disgusting. We wont order from the branch again as there was little care for the health and cleanliness of the customers, we will also be sure to send the message to the rest of our community here.”
