“I want to express my deepest disappointment on the cloverdene that , I bought the family fiesta meal for 6 pieces and was served breasts only without a variety of pieces. Now I have to choke on these pieces that taste like chewing gum.”

“I always go to KFC wilrogate as I love you km away but always when receiving my order there is missed items let's say at min 6 out of 10times.Tonight I go to KFC Shannon road and guess what same story had to drive back there again because of missing items worst part is they asked me for the slip when we ordered to double check that all is correct I was impressed til we got home and saw alot was not there. Very fed up with kfc and there standards. I don't want a happy meal as a sorry I want what I paid for the first time”

“On 2 occasions ant the new Mtunzini KFC our order of a 10 piece bucket only had 9 pieces in. Both times we complained about it. The second time they were not helpful and at the time of me complaining, another lady who was at the counter said it had happened to her previously where the was one piece short. Will never go back again.”

“As previously stated on my review from the Douglasdale branch. The chicken was raw. I was told from Head Office that even though I still had a til slip I should have kept the raw chicken to get a refund. I am extremely dissapointed with the outcome. An apology is not good enough. If I had the time I would have returned the chicken but I have a busy schedule and didn't want to waste another cent or my time to return the uncooked chicken strips. Its apparent that you are not in favour of the public. You can honestly keep your R80. Seriously. Reviews, emails and phone calls are a waste of time. So if anyone else has a review to leave you wasting your time. Quality and service are poor at Douglasdale. Fortunately my 83 year old mother and I dint get ill. Won't take that chance again.”

“Twice in 2 weeks. Your order a ice cream on your self service machines. You get to the counter, "sorry, no ice cream". Then get told to take a cold drink, or small chips. I don't want cold drink or chips. I ask for a cash refund, sorry can't do that, Head office will issue a refund in 48hrs. I'm not allowed to take a meal and pay in 48hrs but you can pay me back in 48hrs. It's really as simple as just putting a little note by the machines saying "No Ice Cream" surely a big organization like yours can figure this problem out.”

“I went to KFC Waverley which is in Pretoria to buy some meal ... the food was good by I didn't like the service I got a Whole supervisor by the Name of Makhosonke Phakathi was busy giving me attitude and so rude and when he gave me the food he thrown 😒 it on me I really tried my best to complain about this matter on the shop website but there is no response that I got the next day I call the shop number when I tried to explain the guy hanged out my call ... I think maybe it was him also whom was holding the shop telephone”
