Well what a waste money & time.
In the last two weeks I have been there twice and left with no order.
My first visit at the drive thru at 21h00 I ordered a street wise 3, and was told 8 minutes wait time for chicken.
I said it fine and proceeded to the pay window. By the time I got to pay window, 8 minutes had lapsed, and I was told there is no more chicken & will have to wait another 15 minutes. Needless to say I did want to wait any longer & went to Mc Donalds.
My second visit last night at 20h00, I went into the shop, where a young lady was keen to help. Again I placed an order for streetwise 3, to which she responded to go check availability first.
She returned stating I am going to have to wait 30 minutes. Well I AGAIN left without a meal.
As there was two rows of vehicles in the que for drive thru I am sure I am not the only unhappy customer.
A double drive thru and inshop service, but you can’t get what you came for.

I know for a fact this is false, most Saturday Morning we stop at KFC Newton Park for a brekkie wap. Then we decided to to leave. That was my first time experiencing such bad service.”
