“Our first order with Kiddies kingdom, we ordered on the internet site this was a very easy process everything went smoothly. We then had to change delivery address again Staff at Kiddies kingdom did this ever so quickly and efficiently without any fuss. Delivery was made on time and all the parts and instructions were there. Thank you”

“I looked for ages for the cheapest supplier of the Baby Brezza - they’re serious money, so it’s definitely worth the effort - and it turns out Kiddies Kingdom were the cheapest. I had heard of them through a friend whose family lived nearby, and they’d bought from KK before so knew they were reputable. Item arrived quickly afterwards, no complaints.”

“Had a slight problem with order delivery, which turned out to be a DHL logistics error. Despite this, the staff at Kiddies Kingdom were quick to find out what had happened and updated me on the issue long before DHL themselves did. 10/10 for customer service! The order itself was well packaged and arrived in excellent condition. Would happily but from them again.”

“Give it a chance 💁‍♀️ Ordered a 13pc travel system. Had an email to say delivery would be coming the next working day and then another to say it was cancelled due to no stock. Then like many others i went into absolute panic mode after reading reviews which had me doubting would i ever get my order. However i had a new delivery date and pram has arrived 7 days early!! Its absolutely beautiful, everything arrived together, I was emailed all information about dispatch and delivery. Don't let the negative comments scare you, as unfortunate as it is things do go wrong no business is perfect! Be patient and order in advance just incase ☺ happy customer thank you!!”

“Had a complicated issue with a transaction which, due to my error, one item was missing from ordered items meaning I was paying for 3 items but only 2 would be delivered. I panicked and used the customer service link to try and explain the problem and came across some negative reviews which made me worry that my issue would not get resolved any time soon. I was unable to call due to staff shortage due to covid, so had to send a message via their contact link. To my surprise, I received a phone call within a couple of hours from a lovely lady who allowed me to explain what the problem was and she resolved the issue promptly. Thanks to this great customer service, all items were delivered the next day (after a bank holiday) without problems. This was the first time I had used this site and I will not hesitate to use again. Thank you!”

“Absolutely amazing service! Thank you so much Kirsty & Gemma. So helpful & accommodating. I ordered some Mina xari adaptors that got delayed in delivery but they kept me posted & accommodated me even more due to the delay. Gemma helped me pick a car seat & Kirsty (manager) was fantastic. Best customer service ever! Will be deffo going back especially because of the staff, made me & my family Feel so welcome, thanks once again guys”
