“don't buy for them I am still trying to get a car I bought 1st june ….. they keep saying I have it but not I have contacted the police today about this company don't buy ……..”

“this is fraud company plzz dont buy from here bcz after 2 months my baby car is broken and we returned their car and they said we give you reffund on the same day when we pickup but its now upto 1 month still didn’t get reffund and they always ignoring me”

“The help that I got finding the right size number plate was brilliant especially considering this time of year when everyone is so bissy various emails were sent to me makeing sure that they sent the right size plates for the car and a note with the items when they arrived .my star rating is 5 out of 5 . Thanks again Tony”

“Just spent the day driving round the garden with the new Lambo Urus which arrived yesterday. Couldn't be happiuer with either product or service. Great advice beforehand on the chat box, answered all my questions and had some helpful tips, especially to build and charge before giving as a gift. First charge is 12 hours, and I can't imagine how crazy my boy would have gone if he'd had to wait! Car's here now and he loves it. Was going to go for a Lambo Aventador but as I said I have a bumpy garden and the chat agent recommended the Urus because of the higher ground clearance. Must say this was a great tip. Highly recommended, will definitely be buiying off them once my little girl's old enough. Top marks.”

“We brought a Revvi dirt bike for our grandson. The delivery was quicker than they said came next day so was very happy with that. The dirt bike is a big hit and very easy to use and charge. they have live chat on the website which was helpful when it came to choosing as they took details of grandson and gave me a list of bikes to choose from. Would definitely recommend both kids electric cars and the Revvi bike.”

“Quick delivery of car but car was not of high quality and was too small for my 4 year old. I spent £100 and expected a lot better and bigger than a car for a 1 year old. Have given it to my baby nephew who has really taken to it but seems like a lot of money for a kids toy.”

“Confused by some of these scam warnings. Bit slow sending tracking number over, but otherwise they've been great. Spent £400 on a 24V Ford Ranger and it is the business. Customer service has been good after sales too. My personalised plates took a while to arrive, which was a bit annoying, but when they came, they were cut to size for the vehicle and looked really good.”

“Confused by some of the negative reviews I've seen online as kids electric cars was incredibly helpful at every stage. I ordered a car for £300, it came 2 days later as promised, though when it arrived there was an issue with the built in music not working. I got in touch and they were amazing. They got in touch with the manufacturer and had a brand new control unit sent out to me within two days. I've just bought a replacement battery from them and after how helpful they were with fitting instructions I wanted to leave a review somewhere to say thank you. Lovely people, really good products, and excellent service.”

“Purchased a buggy from them in December 10th (website said December 15th was deadline to receive item before Christmas. I emailed them on December 19th asking if our item had been shipped yet because I hadn’t received any notifications. On the 20th our order status was “cancelled”. I have not received any communication from them at all. I imagine this is a fake company.”

“Horrible shady company!!! Stay away. Description is inaccurate and they said it would cost over $200 to return. They should be ashamed of themselves. Also tried to leave a bad review on their website but it didn’t show. Scam!!”

“total conners....took £400+ for a car that broke after 2 weeks. lots of emails but no solutions..now ignoring me..reporting them to trading standards and contacting credit card company to process a refund. KEEP WELL AWAY. a take your money and run company”

“Don't even want to give them 1 star but you have to put something otherwise it doesn't let you continue. Their customer service is extremely rude and poor .vile morons who don't have any people skills. I ordered what was advertised as " not the rubbish stick on plates" for my nieces new car which luckily I bought from a reputable dealer not this shody place. The plates if you can call them that I ordered from here .disgraceful delivery lies about the delivery and they arrive and I was disgusted. I paid £7 for what was meant to be top quality plastic and i received 2 pieces of cheap cereal box cardboard with a bit of laminated plated on the front and a double sided cellotape on the back. Also not only were they something I could have printed at home they were not even " made to measure " they had the EXCACT CAR DETAILS. I even put where I bought the car from so they could reference it to that so no mistake would be made . I contacted them to show my disgust . They made out they were cut to a different kind of fiat 500. Yet I put the exact car down. Then they instead of acknowledgement of me wanting a full refund as it states on the website within 14 days which it was it was the day I recieved the rubbish Their reply was we wil send the right ones out. I replied and replied and replied .this was the 11th June I first messaged . Now nlt only have I had no reply ive no refund not even their message on sending more. Avoid this place hugely .they are shocking”

“Do not buy from these people !!!!! I sent a broken part to them almost a year ago and paid for the repair so my son could use his ride on car. They took the payment and the parts then replied to a couple of emails but never returned the bit or money so now I have a useless car which we cant use as the parts are missing and no refund”

“Please do not use this company to purchase your Kids electric cars as absolutely shocking customer care (lack off) Bought present for my Grandaughter on 08th December and this arrived broken and as of today still not replaced or refunded as promised several times and now they not responding to any emails ! They have lied to me on 6 different emails when promising different delivery dates ! Avoid !!!!!!!”

“Like the last review if I could have done I would have given them NO stars...I only wish I had read the reviews before purchase but hopefully this will allow another potential customer to go elsewhere. I have purchased at a cost of £700+ and am still waiting on delivery almost a month later. They don’t answer the phone - landline or mobile and am unable to leave a message as ( surprisingly) full up - I wonder why?! Even emails get rejected as “quota full” They have told me item went out for delivery 5 days ago but are not able to give me a tracking number till this goes live....now they can’t give me it as “delivery firm are updating their system” I’ve reported all of this to trading standards who have advised me that this firm may well be in breach of contact but I have to give them 30 days before trading standards can investigate - that’s in 7 day’s time. In the meantime ( they have my cash) and I have to accept that they are treating me with no intelligence whatsoever. I bought and paid in good faith - I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect a professional service back.....but my advice is DEFINITELY GIVE THIS FIRM A NODY SWERVE and take your hard earned cash and custom elsewhere.”

“Don't use them. Avoid them at all costs. No customer service. Ordered and paid for 3 cars in August. Still waiting for either goods or refund, now November. No update or feedback given. They don't respond to voice mail, emails, nothing. Don't use them, you will waste time, money and nerves.”
