We brought beautiful Orla Kiely glasses from the Kilkenny Shop, and we love them. UPS failed to communicate well and unfortunately failed to deliver the parcel on the first attempt, but the customer service at Kilkenny was superb and we rapidly resolved the problem. Lovely people!
