My flight was cancelled by the airline, yet I still haven’t received my refund after weeks of waiting.

If I could give 0 i would I was late for a connecting flight due to the airline its been 5 weeks and still no refund or response from the company wouldn't use this company again and strongly suggest no one uses this site.

Having no way around it, I paid again it, and then spent hours trying to get Kiwi to refund that extra fee.

Also they kept telling my partner that she will receive her refund soon, but recently changed their mind and decided to say that what I was refunded is actually for both of us (quarter of the price of return tickets).

A very disappointing company, I have not received my refund for more than 50 days, very poor communication.

Because of this, I ended up cancelling the return flight home and re-booking because I was informed that I would be refunded.

- Assistance with rebooking for an alternative flight I found myself —> Fail, they couldn't guarantee that this flight would be available in Kiwi's updated systems, but offered three options for a refund of the rescheduled flight within 14 days (an estimate of the refund amount was provided).
