Double booked me, terrible experience with the refund/ cancellation policy. They basically stole $800.

After two frustrating and misleading phone calls, I was told that the new booking was also unable to be completed due to technical issues (even though the flight was still available to book on other websites, so it’s not as if it had sold out), they offered me a refund and “i’m sorry”, which was not acceptable as my flight was due to take off in a few hours.

I booked 5 connecting flights from Manila to El Nido which was cancelled. Instead of issuing a refund they changed our flight to one at another airport we are not able to board as we will be going through customs and will not have time to drive three hours and board. They have taken money for a service they can not provide and I’m disgusted Kiwi are getting away with this!

Almost 24 hours later and Kiwi says that they cannot confirm the ticket due to "technical issues" between them and the carrier and they can only issue a 90% refund.

I travel a lot and that is the first time i use Kiwi.com to book my ticket. I cancelled my roundtrip ticket and asked for a refund they made me wait 3 months just to tell me that they will not refund anything. Dont use this app it is so disappointing and unreliable. FRAUD ALERT: Kiwi.com withheld my refund and lied to the bank Wizz Air confirmed they sent my refund to Kiwi, but Kiwi denied it for weeks and tried to block my chargeback by lying to my bank. Only after providing the bank with written proof from the airline did I get my money back. They are unprofessional and dishonest.

I spent three weeks sending them every receipt and form of evidence they asked for, only for them to refuse the refund anyway.

They canceled my ticket without any confirmation and refused to help (I could only ask for refund). When I contacted the airlines directly, they told me it was kiwi who canceled my flight. Fortunetly, the airlines were much more helpfull opposite to kiwi. Please avoid those scammers!!!!
