Hi, I made a booking for our worker Polash Mohammad and had to cancel the airticket due to some problem and he was unable to travel. Flight from Singapore to Chennai then to Dhaka. Booking Ref: 754748302 My cancellation request acknowledgement email was received on 16-03-26. It has been more than two weeks now and I have not received any emails from your goodself on the refund status. Can you please revert on this asap. Appreciate your assistance in this matter. How strict is the bagage control? I have an bagage allowance of 2kg and my personal bagage is 3,8k with my laptop and batteri which I need to have. The next level is 20kg and 130 EUR more expensive. Seems they don't have any intermediate weight, either 2kg or 20kg :-(
