“Without any doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with. Allowed the apartment block to slowly fall apart. It is no exaggerating to say every single surface of the building had some issues whether leak damage, pealing paint or had piles of rubbish. And incredibly, broken down vehicles stored in the front of the building. They only fixes attempted were terrible quality and ridiculously expensive. It takes a particular type of cruelty to destroy someones home and charge outrageous fees for the privilege. Never ever allow anyone associated with this company near your property.”
“Disturbing - unprofessional and irresponsible outfit. They and/or their client (Woodhill Court Management Company) refuse to investigate and repair a building leak, despite independent advice this should be undertaken if they are following standard management protocols. They operate like a sham/stooge organisation as are biased, do not consider all facts, give mis-information - such as leak 'was identified as coming from my falt' - no such identification took place and was wrong. However true professionals looking at my property determined there was n issue with my property. They do not respond adequately to emails, make unsubstantiated accusations (such as I took no action), avoid calls, ignore information, act with immaturity and harass people. Alarmingly, they show a lack of duty of care, response and consideration when safety concerns, reported to the police, are raised by residents. Avoid like the plague.”
“1 star is very generous as this company do not manage blocks by steal the hard earned cash of the living souls. They are in cahoot with the freeholders of the blocks requesting their services to charge what the hell they want. For example to change a plastic rain down pipe they charged us over £2000 when I was quoted from an independent roofer £350. We finally managed to break away from these crooks and already saved ourselves £6000+ in the building insurance alone. We are quoted £4500 but for the last years we have been paying the freeholders through these thieves over £10k. The maintenance is non existent with garden flourishing with weeds, fences falling apart, and common area in desperate need of attention. The only thing they pay attention to is the bills they send us to pay. Avoid these crooks at all costs. Did I mention these are thieves in cahoot with the crooks freeholders?”

“Consistently poor standard of building maintenance
Here are just 3 areas that don't meet legal safety standards despite repeated reports for many months:
1. Dangerous faulty electrics. Even the workmen who are sent out 'to confirm the problems' are shocked by the state of the place. There's never a trained professional sent round or a proper fix, and it seems like all the immersion heater units are bound to fail.
2. None of the doors to the outside shut. Anyone could get in, and the roof doors are close to flying off - one has already. They need replacing not temporary fixes every few weeks.
3. Snagging issues. It's been all but confirmed that the heating, fans and boiler switches were wrongly installed, not not mention plenty more. To fix this across all flats will likely take months if they even agree to it.
If you're lucky, you'll get a temporary cheap fix, because that's the KMP standard.”
