I emailed customer service and was told that they DO NOT accept returns due to the nature of the product (underwear).

“SO comfy! i love the boy shorts the most and really am so happy you go up to 5x in size. i could probably go down a size since they have a lot of give but can’t believe just how comfortable they are re: waistband and leg holes. no pain from elastic, and does help with moisture wicking.”
